Old-school shop with pretty good ribs!
I think they boil the ribs. Then they put it aside, and on the fire and add the sauce when you place your order. If that's the case, it would explain why some meat flavor and juice is lacking from the meat itself, but still... DAMN GOOD!
Amazing salad sauce, you guys should sell it in bottles on amazon! It'd really do well. -

This place is okay like the hot links were edible. But bbq? Well obviously you can tell they don't smoke their foods. I swear I saw them take pre made food out of fridge then seared over grill. They don't even smoke it fresh like where's the bbq love? Aside all that, the quality sucked like it's just not honest bbq. There needs to be quality, smoke, fire, flavor, and this place lacks a lot for a high quality bbq place.
My suggestions: South Winchester BBQ and Mesquite and Oak. -

Mom n pop place. Kids sometimes work there too but it's mainly mom and dad slaving away to make ends meat for their family.
Tbh, I like it. It's good. The food is cheap and easy to order. All the meats have a nice Smokey flavor and are well tenderized and yummy. There are a few choices between chicken, pork, and beef.
It is a korean owned American style bbq restaurant which makes it in its own space hard to compare to other bbq joints since their approach is a korean's American point of view bbq.

Today my husband was hungry and craving meat so we stopped by JC's since we heard there is new management. We got the two rib, two chicken, hot link special with a side of green salad & garlic bread. Needless to say he was extremely satisfied and would be coming back to JC's as everything is just as delicious as it was before or perhaps better?

The ownership has changed and will not go hear again. The new owner can't speak English and never gets the order correct. It seems they charge not according to the menu and just some random price. Never again?
